Contractual provisions The illustration of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalogue. By clicking the button marked "Conclude order" you conduct a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping basket. Confirmation of receipt of your order is undertaken together with acceptance of the order, directly after sending, via automated e-mail. The contract of sale comes into effect with this e-mail confirmation. We save the contract text and send you the order details and our General Terms and Conditions via e-mail. You may view the General Terms and Conditions at our shop at any time, under General Terms and Conditions. For security reasons your order details are no longer accessible via the internet. The contractual language is english. Guarantee The guarantee is provided in accordance with the statutory conditions, whereby, in the event of a defect, we may initially make replacement delivery or rectify as you choose. If the rectification fails or the goods delivered as replacement are also defective, then you may return the goods in return for reimbursement of the full purchase price or retain the goods and reduce the purchase price.
